What is the returns policy?

You have 100 days to send your order back to us for an exchange, whilst you have 14 days to return for a full refund, from the day of your order delivery.

We don’t offer refunds on engravings and personalised items.

When returning your BODA, you must ensure that your item is unworn and in its original condition with all the tags attached. Unfortunately, if your item doesn’t meet these conditions then it will be sent back to you at your own cost and no exchange or refund will be issued.

You can visit the ‘Returns Manager’ to request your refund or exchange. You will be required to pay for your returns label. Please then return your BODA using your prepaid label.

Can I exchange for a different style, as well as a different size? 

Yes, you can exchange for a different style and/or size. If your new exchanged style is a different price to your original order, you will be sent an invoice for the difference, or refunded the difference.
